Tip Toes & Balance …


Yesterday I managed my first full planks up on my toes since foot surgery. Even better, there was no pain other than in my shaking arms and abs!

Granted they weren’t for long, fifteen seconds a piece. But progress is progress and I managed 6 (the first 3 were half planks).


Other exercises in yesterday’s workout included leg pressing 80kgs (3×10 reps), resistance work on my arms and side planks.

… and now Ladies and Gentlemen I’m off to a Spin Class.
